The William Penn Booster Club has been in existence for over 50 years, and is dedicated to helping meet the growing needs of the university's growing athletic programs. The Booster Club also presents the Dana Atkins Award to the senior with the highest GPA and sponsors the William Penn University Athletic Hall of Fame which recognizes graduates whose success on and off the playing field represents the commitment and character of true Statesmen.
By joining the William Penn Athletics Booster Club, members help meet needs of the athletic programs that cannot be funded through the operating budget of the university. All membership funds are used to purchase equipment and supplies that enhance the university's 17 NAIA sports, as well as cheerleading and dance teams. In recent years, the Boosters have helped carpet remodel locker rooms, helped enhance the weight room facility, supported the purchase of 32-passenger bus and a two 15-passenger van, bleachers and press boxes for the softball and baseball field, washers and dryers, championship banners for the gym and much more.
