Oskaloosa--As part of the NAIA's Champions of Character initiative, the Penn men's and women's soccer teams will be hosting their 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Night.

The evening will be held next Saturday, October 11 at the Lacey Sports Complex as the Statesmen and Lady Statesmen take on Waldorf in a Midwest Collegiate Conference doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m.

All players will be wearing specially-designed pink jerseys to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Pink ribbons will also be on sale for $1 each and all proceeds raised will be given to breast cancer research.

The doubleheader will also serve as Penn's 2008 Senior Night as all seniors will be recognized.

Admission is free, but seating is limited so please bring lawn chairs and arrive early for the best seats!
