The Lady Statesmen (4-7-1, 1-3-1 MCC) trailed 1-0 early when the Warriors scored in the 14th minute, but Terrell evened the game at 1-1 entering halftime when she scored unassisted at the 41:20 mark.
The sophomore then gave her squad the lead shortly into the second half with another unassisted goal at 54:22. Terrell now has four goals in 2009, tying her for second on the team.
The Warriors, who outshot Penn 17-9 on the afternoon, had an immediate answer, however, scoring 45 seconds later to knot the contest at 2-2.
Waldorf (6-8-1, 2-3-1 MCC) reclaimed the lead for good at 3-2 in the 74th minute and held off the Lady Statesmen in the waning minutes.
Melisa Wink (So., Brookfield, Ill., Lyons Township HS) and
Erin Dickey (Sr., Collinsville, Ill., Southwestern Ill. CC) matched Terrell with a team-best two shots each.
Katie Burnett (Jr., Mesa, Ariz., Desert Ridge HS) was busy between the pipes with nine saves in the matchup.
