Oskaloosa--William Penn University volleyball coach
Jeremy Wise has announced the signings of three individuals to letters of intent to attend the University in the fall and compete for the volleyball program.
Sisters Corrie and
Rosemary Bailey are the daughters of John and Sandra Bailey and come to Penn from Fayetteville, Ark. The sisters played for the Jones Center Volleyball Club.

"Corrie is a hard worker who has good blocking skills to go along with a nice serve," Wise said. "Rosemary is athletic and can be a versatile player, contributing as a hitter, digger, or setter."

Elley Neuzil, the daughter of Shelley Sheetz, is a native of Ainsworth and will come to Penn from Southwestern CC.
A two-time honorable-mention all-conference performer at Highland HS, Neuzil went on to be a starter at Southwestern CC. She was also an all-academic team honoree as a junior in high school.
"Elley is a very athletic player who really works hard to get a touch on every ball," Wise said. "Her experience and ability to read hitters will help her fit into our defensive system very quickly."
Penn was 23-21 a year ago and has won three conference titles since joining the MCC in 2001.
