Oskaloosa--Nick Reynolds (Sr., Riverton, Utah, Iowa Western CC) was undoubtedly one of the top runners in the league this fall and he was recognized for his efforts as the all-Midwest Collegiate Conference men's cross country teams were announced Tuesday.
Reynolds, a first-time honoree, was one of 17 individuals to receive an honor, including seven on the first team.
The senior led William Penn in seven of its eight competitions this fall, including posting a team season-best 8K time of 27:14 at the Grand View Viking Invitational on September 30 and a team season-best four-mile time of 22:43 at the Luther All-American Invitational on September 10.
A two-time MCC Runner of the Week honoree, Reynolds placed in the top 20 five times, including winning the St. Ambrose Invitational on October 15 with a time of 27:30.
Kevin Randle of St. Ambrose was named MCC Harrier of the Year and Ryan Scheckel of Mount Mercy was tabbed as Coach of the Year.
