Oskaloosa--Melisa Wink (Sr., Brookfield, Ill., Lyons Township HS) closed out her career with her second postseason honor as the all-Midwest Collegiate Conference women's soccer teams were announced Wednesday.

Wink was one of 16 individuals named to the honorable-mention squad, while 14 players were chosen by the MCC's coaches as first-teamers.

Wink, who was also recognized as a junior, helped William Penn to a 2-13-1 record (1-7 MCC). The senior scored two goals and was an integral part of the squad this fall.

She scored goals against Briar Cliff on September 6 and Iowa Wesleyan on October 4.

Jordyn Thompson of Grand View was named MCC Player of the Year, while Erin Lucido of Iowa Wesleyan was tabbed as Newcomer of the Year. Ventsi Stoimorov of Grand View claimed the Coach of the Year award.
