"We are extremely excited about this recruiting class," Hafner said. "We were able to sign players out of schools that we haven't before.  We are fortunate right now in that the talent level of our recruiting classes are continuing to improve and we are continuing to add quality depth at each position.  We won't know how truly good this class is for a couple of years, but the character and academic achievements of this group are as good as it can be.  We look forward to getting this group on campus with our existing players and watching them mature as football players and as young men."

William Penn was 9-2 (5-2 Midwest League) last fall and finished the regular season ranked #16 in the NAIA.
