Jill Thompson is in her third year as head cheerleading coach.

Thompson guided the program to its first-ever NCA/NDA Nationals appearance in 2010-2011, where the squad placed third in the NAIA Small Co-Ed Division.

Thompson, who is also the athletics department compliance officer and office manager at William Penn, graduated from Buena Vista University with a degree in elementary education.

She is currently pursuing her master's degree in business leadership from William Penn.

Thompson resides in Oskaloosa with her husband Rick and their four children.
