Jill Thompson is in her second year as head cheerleading coach.

Thompson, who is also the athletics department compliance officer and office manager at Penn, graduated from Buena Vista University with a degree in elementary education.

She is currently pursuing her master's degree in business leadership from Penn.

Thompson resides in Oskaloosa with her husband Rick and their four children.
