Todd Hafner enters his fifth year as head football coach.
Hafner led his 2007 squad to a 5-6 record, including a 3-4 Midwest League mark.
He also guided Penn to the program's first winning season in 29 years in 2005 when the team was 6-5. Over his four years, Hafner has produced 44 all-conference players and six All-Americans.

Allspach enters his ninth year with the Penn football coaching staff, having served in several capacities including special teams coordinator, wide receivers, offensive line, running backs, and quarterbacks coach.
A William Penn Hall of Fame quarterback from Baxter, he has coached football and baseball at the high school level for over 20 years in addition to 12 years as an athletics director. Allspach has also spent time as an officiator, working the whistle for numerous years in football and basketball.
He has garnered many accomplishments as a coach, including being nominated to the Iowa Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 1990. After a successful eight-year career as a minor league football player for the Des Moines Vikings and the Newton Nite-Hawks, Allspach was inducted Minor League Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1991.
He received his bachelor of arts in physical education from William Penn in 1970. His wife Sharon, daughter Angie, and son Aaron also graduated from William Penn.

Michael Collins enters his first full year on the Penn football staff and will serve as wide receivers coach.
Collins comes to Penn from league rival Iowa Wesleyan where he served as quarterbacks coach during the 2007 campaign.
A May 2007 graduate of Central Michigan University, earning a degree in business with a minor in coaching, he was a student assistant coach for the NCAA Division I-A program in 2006. He helped with the quarterbacks for a team that finished 10-4, won the Mid-American Conference championship, and beat Middle Tennessee State in the Motor City Bowl for the first-ever bowl victory in school history.

Brad Griffin enters his fifth year as assistant coach at Penn, serving as defensive coordinator and linebackers coach.
He comes to Penn from Emporia State University where he was a running back on the football team from 1999-2000. Griffin graduated from Emporia in 2000 with a degree in physical education. He stayed on at Emporia as a graduate assistant with the football team for two years before becoming a full-time assistant in 2003.
Before attending Emporia, Griffin attended Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kan., from 1996-1997, where he was also a running back on the football team. For one year before moving onto Emporia, Griffin was an assistant coach at Hutchinson.
Coach Griffin is currently working on his Master's in physical education and lives in Oskaloosa with his wife, Katie.

Aaron Hafner enters his third year as co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Penn.
He comes to Penn after a three-year head coaching stint at Republic HS in Republic, Mo. During his tenure there, he led the program to a conference title in 2004 and back-to-back playoff appearances in 2004 and 2005.
Hafner gained his first head coaching position at Francis Howell Central HS (Kan.) in 2002. Prior to that, he was the defensive coordinator at Webb City HS (Kan.) from 1998-2001, including helping the team to a state championship in 2000.
A 1997 graduate of Pittsburg State (Kan.) with a bachelor's degree in math and an emphasis in education, Aaron also had success on the field as a three-year starting quarterback for NCAA Division II Southwest Baptist in Bolivar, Mo., playing there from 1993-1996.
Hafner resides in Oskaloosa with his wife, Katy and their two daughters, Allie, 6, and Andie, 2.

Greg Hafner enters his second year as Athletics Director at Penn. He also enters his third year as defensive backs coach for the football team.
He returns to his alma mater as a coach for the first time since 1977. A 1973 graduate of the university with a degree in physical education, Greg was a three-year starter, a captain his senior campaign, and also collected all-conference honors twice (first team in 1971, second team in 1972).
Hafner began his coaching career at Twin Cedars HS, working there from 1973-1977 and earning conference Coach of the Year honors in his final season. He then went on to be the linebackers coach at Penn in 1977, a head coach at Lake City HS from 1978-1979, and also a linebackers coach at Pittsburg State from 1979-1980.
He spent most of his career, though, at Frontenac HS (Kan.), as a coach from 1981-1989 and finally as the superintendent of schools until his retirement this June. While on the sidelines at Frontenac, Hafner led the program to three conference titles, two state championship game appearances, and also coached in two Kansas Shrine Bowls.
Hafner has an extensive academic profile as well, earning his master's in physical education in 1979 and Education Specialist degree in administration in 1986, both from Pittsburg State.
Hafner resides in Oskaloosa with his wife, Karen. He also has three sons, Todd, Aaron, and Dusty.

Steven Miller enters his first full year on the Penn football staff and will serve as defensive line coach.
Miller comes to Penn from Arkansas State, where he served as an administrative assistant coach during the fall of 2007. His responsibilities included being a defense quality control assistant, assisting the defensive coordinator with player development, and assisting with game-day activities and on-campus recruiting.
Miller has also spent time at the high school and community college levels over the past decade, with his longest stint lasting seven years at Olive Branch HS in Mississippi.
At Olive Branch, he was an assistant football coach and head track coach. During the 2004 and 2005 campaigns, he coordinated the top-ranked defenses in Class 5A.
Miller has worked on both sides of the ball as well as having spent time coordinating special teams.
Miller was surrounded with success as a junior college player, being a member of a state championship team at Mississippi Junior College as well as a national championship squad at Northwest Community College in 1992.
While at Arkansas State, Miller was working on his master's of education in administration, which he will continue while working at Penn.
Miller graduated from Northwestern State (La.) with a degree in psychology in 1995.

Emory Stewart enters his third year back at William Penn this fall after over a 20-year absence, serving as recruiting coordinator.
Stewart has extensive coaching experience, starting at East Central in Miles, where he started the football program in the 1970s. He then went on to coaching stints at Lynnville-Sully and
Since 1989, Stewart has served several functions in or around Oskaloosa, though he has always been the head baseball coach at Oskaloosa High, with overall record of 381-283. Stewart was inducted into the Iowa Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2003. He has also served as president of the Professional Educators of Iowa and the Oskaloosa Optimist Club.
Stewart and is wife Leanne live in Oskaloosa and have two children, Heidi and Tony.
