Additional Information:  William Penn is a private, four-year, liberal arts university founded in 1873 by Quaker pioneers.  It is located in Oskaloosa, Iowa--a small peaceful town in south central Iowa--just 60 miles from Iowa's capital city, Des Moines, and a few short hours from Chicago, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Omaha, and St. Louis.
