2009: Academic all-Midwest Collegiate Conference...Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...During the outdoor season, led Penn in five events...Headed the team in the 100-meter dash in a time of 13.60 seconds and as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team in a time of 11:17.40, both at the MCC Championships on 5/1...Also topped the squad in the 200-meter dash in a time of 27.87 seconds at the Jim Duncan Invitational on 4/11 and in two other relays...As a member of the 4x100 squad, had a time of 52.67 seconds at the Drake Relays on 4/24 and as a member of the 4x400 team, had a time of 4:22.56 at the Augustana Early Spring Opener on 3/21...Recorded a season-best time of 1:15.83 in the 400-meter hurdles at the MCC Championships...During the indoor season, helped the 4x400 team to a top season time of 4:32.16 at the Cornell Hilltop Invitational on 2/7...Also had season bests in of 29.35 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the MCC Indoor Championships on 2/21 and 1:06.54 in the 400-meter dash at the Cornell Hilltop Invitational...Also competed in cross country...Ran in one competition during the season, placing 131st in a time of 26:13.15 at the Graceland Yellowjacket Invitational on 10/25.
