2008: Second-team all-Midwest League performer...Midwest League Offensive Player of the Week against St. Francis (Ill.) on 10/18...Starting quarterback...Running quarterback in new option system...Tallied 187 rushes for 1,158 yards and a school-record 18 touchdowns...His rushing total ranks fifth all-time in school history...Recorded a season-best 224 yards and four touchdowns on 19 rushes against Quincy on 11/15...Had four other 100-plus yard rushing showings, including 206 yards against Iowa Wesleyan on 11/8...Posted three rushing scores in the Iowa Wesleyan game and in the Olivet Nazarene contest on 11/1...Completed 52 of 126 passes for 995 yards and nine touchdowns against seven interceptions...Was 11-25 for a season-high 207 yards and a touchdown against Marian on 9/6...Recorded two other 100-plus yard passing games.

2007: Honorable-mention all-Midwest League performer...Starting quarterback...Completed 119 of 276 passes for 1,718 yards and 11 touchdowns against 16 interceptions...His pass attempts, completions, yards, and touchdowns all rank in the program's all-time top ten lists...Had a top performance of 17-29 for 313 yards against St. Francis (Ill.) on 10/13...The 313 yards ranks sixth all-time for a single game...Posted two other 200-plus yard games against Marian (277) on 9/1 and Olivet Nazarene (202) on 10/27...Tossed a season-best three touchdowns against Marian and Iowa Wesleyan on 11/3...Completed a school-record 84-yard touchdown pass to Adam Randall against Iowa Wesleyan.

2006: Played in every game...Became starter for good during third week of the season...Completed 93 of 187 passes for 934 yards and ten touchdowns against four interceptions...Also rushed 49 times for two touchdowns...Had a season-best 12 completions twice against Olivet Nazarene on 9/16 and Iowa Wesleyan on 9/30...Tossed a season-high three touchdowns against Iowa Wesleyan and St. Francis (Ill.) on 11/11...Also had a season-best 162 yards versus St. Francis...Had the team's longest individual rush in 2006, a 62-yard score against Wisconsin-Stout on 8/31.

High School: First-Team All-State quarterback at Oskaloosa HS...Two-time first-team all-district selection...Team captain...Threw for over 3,800 yards and 38 touchdowns as a prep.
