2009: Academic all-Midwest Collegiate Conference...Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...During the outdoor season, led the team in several events, including the 1,500-meter run in a time of 4:32.63 at the Augustana Early Spring Opener on 3/21...Also paced the squad in the 5,000-meter run in a time of 17:40.24 at the Dick Young Classic on 4/18 and in the 10,000-meter run in a time of 35:54.77 at the Central Invitational on 4/4...Was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that led Penn with a time of 8:57.85 at the Augustana Early Spring Opener...Scored points at the league championships in the 10,000-meter run (6th)...During the indoor season, paced the squad in the 3,000-meter run in a time of 9:53.19 and in the 5,000-meter run in a time of 17:10.23, both at the MCC Indoor Championships on 2/21...Was a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that topped the squad in a time of 9:32.10 at the MCC Indoor Championships...Scored points at the league championships in the 5,000-meter run (3rd), 3,000-meter run (4th)...Also competed in cross country...Academic all-Midwest Collegiate Conference...Ran in every competition...Finished with a season-best 8K time of 28:36.8 at the Augustana Invitational on 9/27...Had a season-best placing of seventh at the MCC Championships on 11/8, just missing a national-qualifying berth by one place.
