2009: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...During the outdoor season, was a member of the 4x200-meter relay team that had a season-best time of 1:35.61 at the Central Invitational on 4/4...Also a member of the 4x100 (46.06 seconds) and 4x400 (3:29.07) relay squads that competed at the Kip Janvrin Open on 4/24...Had a season-best time of 1:00.62 in the 400-meter hurdles at the MCC Championships on 5/1...Competed in the jumps as well with a season-long mark of 19-11.5 in the long jump at the Dick Young Classic on 4/18 and 40-2 in the triple jump at the Jim Duncan Invitational on 4/11...Scored points at the league championships in the triple jump (7th)...During the indoor season, led Penn with a season-best time of 10.01 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the Iowa State Open on 1/24...Had season-best times in the 200-meter dash (24.28 seconds) at the Iowa State Open and in the 55-meter hurdles (9.14 seconds) at the Dubuque Invitational on 1/31...Competed in the jumps with season bests of 18-6.5 in the long jump and 39-2.5 in the triple jump, both at the MCC Indoor Championships on 2/21...Scored points at the league championships in the triple jump (7th).

2008: Led the team in the 110-meter hurdles, the long jump, and the triple jump...Had season bests of 17.57 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles at the MCC Championships on 5/1-2, 20-2.5 in the long jump at the Augustana Viking Olympics on 3/29, and 38-3.5 in the triple jump at the MCC Championships...Also had season bests of 11.64 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 24.16 seconds in the 200-meter dash, both at the Central Invitational on 4/5...Also ran in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 44.30 seconds at the MCC Championships...Scored points for Penn in three different events at the league championships, including the long jump (4th), the 110-meter hurdles (8th), and the triple jump (8th).

2007: Scored points in the 110-meter hurdles, the long jump, and the triple jump at the MCC Championships on 5/3-4...Ran a season-best time of 17.41 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles at the Championships...Had a season-best long jump of 18-3 and a season-best triple jump of 37-5.25 at the Championships as well.
