2009: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...During the outdoor season, had a season-best 400-meter dash time of 51.50 at the MCC Championships on 5/1, an 800-meter run time of 2:03.57 at the Jim Duncan Invitational on 4/11, a 4x400-meter relay time of 3:27.05 at the Jim Duncan Invitational on 4/11, and a 4x800-meter relay time of 8:57.85 at the Augustana Early Spring Opener on 3/21...Led the team in the 400-meter dash (indoor) and the 800-meter run (outdoor)...Scored points at the league championships in the 400-meter dash (8th)...During the indoor season, had a season-best 400-meter dash time of 54.35 seconds at the MCC Indoor Championships on 2/21 and a 4x800-meter relay time of 9:32.10 at the MCC Championships on 2/21...Also competed in cross country...Ran in every competition...Finished with a season-best 8K time of 31:44 at the Grand View Viking Invitational on 10/3...Had a season-best placing of 32nd at the MCC Championships on 11/8.
