2009: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...During the outdoor season, was the Midwest Collegiate Conference champion in the 100-meter dash in a time of 10.84 seconds on 5/1...MCC Track Athlete of the Week on April 14 and April 21...Was also a member of the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relay teams that had team season bests...Helped the 4x100 squad to a time of 42.57 seconds at the Jim Duncan Invitational on 4/11 and assisted the 4x400 team to a time of 3:22.36 at the Drake Relays...Also had season bests of 22.09 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the Dick Young Classic on 4/18 and 52.60 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the Augustana Early Spring Opener on 3/21...Scored points at the league championships in the 100-meter dash (1st) and 200-meter dash (8th)...During the indoor season, led Penn in four events...Had a season-best 55-meter dash time of 6.63 seconds, a 200-meter dash time of 22.73 seconds, and a 4x400-meter relay time of 3:36.61, all at the MCC Indoor Championships on 2/21...Also led the Statesmen with a time of 7.45 seconds in the 60-meter dash at the Iowa State Open on 1/24...Scored points at the league championships in the 200-meter dash (2nd) and 55-meter dash (3rd).

2008: Midwest Collegiate Conference champion in the 100-meter dash...Won the event with a season-best time of 11.30 seconds...Led the team in the 200-meter dash in a time of 22.74 seconds at the MCC Championships...Tallied season bests of 44.30 seconds in the 4x100-meter relay at the MCC Championships and 3:36.53 in the 4x400-meter relay at the MCC Championships.

High School: Most Valuable Runner as a junior and a senior at Highland Park HS...State qualifier in the 4x100-meter relay...Had career bests of 10.9 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 2:01 in the 800-meter run...Also played football...Two-time all-conference performer...Team All-Purpose Player of the Year...Had a top performance of a kickoff return for a touchdown, a 15-yard touchdown run, and five tackles...Rookie of the Year.
