2009: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Recorded season bests of 2:21.40 in the 800-meter run (Dick Young Classic, 4/18), 4:33.03 in the 1,500-meter run (Kip Janvrin Open, 4/24), 5:04.20 in the one-mile run (MCC Indoor Championships, 2/21), 9:57.85 in the 3,000-meter run (Dubuque Invitational, 1/31), 17:52.51 in the 5,000-meter run (MCC Outdoor Championships, 5/1), and 40:51.78 in the 10,000-meter run (MCC Outdoor Championships, 5/1)...Led Penn in the 1,000-meter run...Was also a member of the 4x800-meter relay team in both seasons...Helped the squad to a time of 8:57.85 during the outdoor and 9:32.10 in the indoor.
