2010: NAIA National Indoor Championships qualifier in the 60 and 200-meter dashes...Outdoor qualifier in the 100 and 200-meter dashes...Midwest Collegiate Conference indoor champion in the 55, 200, and 400-meter dashes en route to being MCC Track Athlete of the Year...MCC outdoor champion in the 200 and 400-meter dashes...Also scored points in the outdoor 100-meter dash (2nd)...MCC Track Athlete of the Week on February 15 and April 12...Recorded season bests of 6.51 seconds in the 55-meter dash (MCC Indoor Championships, 2/13), 6.98 seconds in the 60-meter dash (UNI Dome Open, 2/19), 10.67 seconds in the 100-meter dash (Dubuque Invitational, 5/1), 21.87 seconds in the indoor 200-meter dash (NAIA Indoor Nationals, 3/5), 21.52 seconds in the outdoor 200-meter dash (Jim Duncan Invitational, 4/10), 49.98 seconds in the indoor 400-meter dash (Iowa State Holiday Classic, 12/11), 49.67 seconds in the outdoor 400-meter dash (Dick Young Invitational, 4/17)...Led Penn in all of those events, but the outdoor 400-meter dash...Also a member of the 4x100 (42.00), 4x200 (1:30.78), indoor 4x400 (3:31.08), and outdoor 4x400-meter (3:19.97) relay teams...Helped the 4x1 and outdoor 4x4 squads to MCC titles, while the indoor 4x4 placed second.
