2010: Academic all-Midwest Collegiate Conference...Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Posted season bests of 1:42.02 in the 600-meter run (Findlay Classic, 1/30), 3:06.43 in the 1,000-meter run (UNI Open, 1/16), 4:49.71 in the 1,500-meter run (Kip Janvrin Open, 4/23), and 11:39.67 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (Dick Young Invitational, 4/17)...Led Penn in the 1,000-meter run...Was also a member of the indoor 4x400, the outdoor 4x800, and the indoor distance medley relay teams...Helped teams to times of 3:42.84, 9:27.04, and 12:56.60, respectively...The 4x800 and the distance medley teams both scored points at the conference meet by placing sixth.at Ellsworth CC: Two-time national qualifier at Ellsworth CC.
