2010: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Recorded season bests of 12.65 seconds in the 100-meter dash (Grand View Vikings Relays, 3/27), 26.24 seconds in the indoor 200-meter dash (Findlay Classic, 1/30), 24.93 seconds in the outdoor 200-meter dash (Jim Duncan Invitational, 4/10), 57.42 seconds in the indoor 400-meter dash (UNI Open, 1/16), 56.10 seconds in the outdoor 400-meter dash (Jim Duncan Invitational, 4/10), 1:10.49 in the 400-meter hurdles (Kip Janvrin Open, 4/23)...Also a member of the indoor 4x400-meter relay (3:42.84) and outdoor 4x800-meter relay teams (9:19.12)...The 4x800 team scored points at the conference meet by placing sixth.
