2010: Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Recorded season bests of 52.44 seconds in the indoor 400-meter dash (MCC Indoor Championships, 2/13), 51.35 seconds in the outdoor 400-meter dash (Jim Duncan Invitational, 4/10), 1:27.09 in the 600-meter run (MCC Indoor Championships, 2/13), and 57:39 in the 400-meter hurdles (MCC Outdoor Championships, 5/7)...Scored points at the indoor MCC meet in the 400-meter dash (6th) and in the outdoor meet in the 400-meter hurdles (4th) and the 400-meter dash (7th)...Led Penn in the 600-meter run and 400-meter hurdles...Also was a member of the indoor 4x400 (3:31.08), the outdoor 4x400 (3:19.97), and the distance medley (11:14.24) relay teams...Helped Penn score points in the indoor 4x4 (2nd) and outdoor 4x4 (1st) at the conference meet.
