Aron Scott is in his seventh year as Head Men's Wrestling Coach.

Scott was promoted in the fall of 2017, having previously served as an assistant the three-plus seasons prior to his promotion. During his tenure, he has guided 14 national qualifiers, one qualifying tournament champion, and two All-Americans.

A 2008 graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Industrial Technology, he was a national qualifier and three-time letterwinner for the Cyclones. He wrestled under legendary coaches Bobby Douglas and Cael Sanderson; Sanderson was an Olympic champion.

At Iowa State, he helped host numerous wrestling camps on the Ames campus as well as back in his hometown of Oskaloosa. More recently, he has assisted in hosting camps at WPU.

A graduate of Oskaloosa HS, Scott was a two-time state qualifier, finishing sixth once and leading the Indians to a state championship in 2003. He was successful in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman, winning multiple state titles and qualifying for the national tournament four times.

Scott and his wife Danielle have four children: Karlyn, Gabriel, Joseph, and Benaiah.
