Bio

Aleksander Kostric is in his second year as a Graduate Assistant Men’s Bowling Coach.

Kostric is a 2021 graduate of William Penn with a degree in Sports Management. While at WPU, he earned four all-Heart awards. He also claimed NAIA All-America laurels in 2021, a year in which he qualified for USBC Singles Nationals as well. A strong scholar, he was named a First-Team Academic All-American from CoSIDA.

Additionally, Kostric helped the Statesmen to a pair of third-place finishes at USBC Nationals and a fourth-place finish at NAIA Nationals. His high collegiate game was a 290.

A native of Slovenia, he has competed in numerous European events, including playing on the Slovenia national team at both the European Youth and Men’s Championships.

Kostric is currently working on his Master’s of Sports Management degree at William Penn.
