Oskaloosa--The William Penn football will enter the dog days of summer with excitement in the air for 2013 as it holds at #15 in Monday's NAIA spring poll.

Oskaloosa--As part of the NAIA's Champions of Character initiative, members of the William Penn football team talked to middle school students at a leadership assembly.  The squad also spent some quality time eating with students at the local elementary and helped with an annual town festival.

Oskaloosa--William Penn is the 15th-best football squad in the NAIA as the postseason poll was released earlier this week.

Oskaloosa--Two Statesmen football stars were honored for their excellence in the classroom as they were named 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes Tuesday.
