
Oskaloosa--As part of the NAIA's Champions of Character initiative, several members from William Penn's wrestling team volunteered their time to help with community activities this spring.

Oskaloosa--The top Statesmen wrestlers from 2012-2013 have been strong in the classroom as well and they were recognized for their scholarly achievements as the NAIA/NWCA All-Academic Awards were released.

Des Moines--Kyle Soderblom (So., Newton, Iowa, Biology) split a pair of matches Saturday to finish seventh in the nation at the NAIA Wrestling National Championships.

Des Moines--A healthy Kyle Soderblom (So., Newton, Iowa, Biology) proved Friday that he is one of the best in the nation and worthy of standing on the awards podium by winning three times at the 56th Annual NAIA Wrestling National Championships.

Oskaloosa--Zach Gordon (Jr., New Sharon, Industrial Technology) is performing well in the classroom and for his efforts he was named a 2012-2013 Daktronics-NAIA Wrestling Scholar-Athlete.
