Led the women’s basketball program from 1983-2000.  Led the program to 238 wins, three conference titles, five NCAA Division III national tournament appearances, and two NCAA Division III regional titles.  Coached 21 all-conference players, two conference MVPs, and three All-Americans. In 1988, was selected as the Converse Central Region Coach of the Year.
