As A Statesmen:

Iowa Conference golf co-medalist in 1969 and league medalist in 1970. Key member of William Penn golf team that won the Iowa Conference title in 1970 and also was the NAIA Regional Tournament medalist. Set course records at Edmundson Golf Course twice, and won numerous amateur tournaments in Iowa during his collegiate days.

After Graduation:

Has been a PGA caddy for 35 years and carried the bag for Peter Jacobson, Tiger Woods and Jim Furyk.
