As A Statesmen:

A four-year starter and guided the Statesmen women's volleyball team to a pair of Midwest Collegiate Conference titles as well as an MCC Tournament crown in 2008.  She led the team to the 2008 NAIA National Championship; it is the program's first and only appearance.  An honorable-mention all-conference honoree in 2010, she also guided the Statesmen to the NAIA Region VII Tournament in 2007.

During her tenure, Bailey tied the school record for matches played (168). She also sits second in career aces and third in career kills, in addition other top-10 career rankings.
