As A Statesmen:

First-team all-Iowa Conference in 2000. Second-team all-Midwest Collegiate Conference in 2001 and first-team all-MCC in 2002. Second-team all-NAIA Region VII in 2002.

Set program marks for Goals Against Average in a season (0.11, 2001) and career (0.46), minutes played (5,137), and shutouts (30). Ridley allowed just two goals as a junior in 2001. That mark, as well as her 0.11 GAA, set NAIA single-season records.

Played on teams that went 45-7-4. Helped team to a 20-0-1 record in 2001 and a 15-4-1 record in 2002, both years losing in the regional tournament.

Strong student, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while majoring in biology and earned two NAIA Scholar-Athlete Awards. Biggest honor came from CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America) which named her First-Team Academic All-American as a junior and the College Division Verizon Academic All-American of the Year in 2002.
