2009: Academic all-Midwest Collegiate Conference...Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...During the outdoor season, broke the school record with a season-best hammer throw of 144-9 at the Central Invitational on 4/4...Also had season-best tosses of 40-6 in the shot put and 129-6 in the discus, both at the MCC Championships on 5/1...Had a season-long javelin throw of 153-2 at the Augustana Early Spring Opener on 3/21...Scored points at the league championships in the hammer throw (5th), discus (5th), and shot put (8th)...During the indoor season, led Penn with a season-best weight throw of 43-7.75 at the MCC Indoor Championships on 2/21...Also had a season-best shot put mark of 41-9.75 at the Iowa State Open on 1/24...Scored points at the league championships in the weight throw (5th) and shot put (8th).
