2009: NAIA All-American in outdoor track with a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter race walk in a time of 15:45.23...Also an NAIA All-American in indoor track with a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter race walk in a time of 15:58.16...Qualified for nationals with a time of 17:36.1 at the Challenge Hearts Races on 2/14...MCC Field Athlete of the Week on February 16 and April 28...Competed in numerous other events in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Scored points at the league championships in the javelin (2nd) and high jump (3rd)...During the outdoor season, led Penn in several events, highlighted by a school-record javelin throw of 136-6 at the Kip Janvrin Open on 4/24...Also paced the team in the high jump with a mark of 4-9 (twice), the shot put with a mark of 33-6.75 at the Central Invitational on 4/4, and the discus with a mark of 104-1 at the Augustana Early Spring Opener on 3/21...Was also a member of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished in a time of 11:17.40 at the MCC Championships on 5/1...During the indoor season, led Penn in four events, all in the field...Was tops in the high jump with a mark of 4-9.75 (twice) as well as the triple jump with a mark of 30-8.25 and the shot put with a mark of 33-8.75, both at the MCC Indoor Championships on 2/21...Paced the Lady Statesmen in the weight throw with a distance of 25-2 at the Graceland Multi-Event Invitational on 2/13...Was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished in a time of 4:32.98 at the Iowa State Open on 1/24...Scored points at the league championships in the high jump (5th) and shot put (7th)...
